Taking the Bus from Frankfurt am Main

Most buses from Frankfurt to Hamburg start their journey at the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof or main railway station. The rail station is one of the busiest in Germany and there are good facilities for both train and bus passengers. Line S7 of the city's S-Bahn system stops at the station as well as lines U4 and U5 on the U-Bahn. Passengers can also get to the station by tram and lines 11 and 12 stop at Hauptbahnhof/Münchener Strasse. Ebbelwei Express buses make getting to the station from any part of the city simple, and numbers 16, 17, 20 and 21 all drop passengers outside.
