What do I need to know about travelling on National Express buses?

Taking the Bus from Cardiff

Buses from Cardiff to London depart from Cardiff Coach and Bus Station at Sophia Gardens, found to the northwest of Central Cardiff. Many major bus routes terminate at Sophia Gardens.
