Taking the Bus from Frankfurt am Main

Most buses from Frankfurt to Hamburg start their journey at the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof or main railway station. Line S7 of the city's S-Bahn system stops at the station as well as lines U4 and U5 on the U-Bahn.
